How To

Start sitting with your injured leg straight in front of you and you non-injured leg bent for support.

Complete a quad set, straightening your injured leg so the heel raises from the ground. Raise the injured leg a few inches off the ground, pause, and lower back to the ground.

When done correctly, your calf should be to last point of you leg to remain touching the ground when completing the leg lift.
